Our Vehicle and Maintenance Policy
All our cars are imported from Dubai with no more than 50,000 km on the clock and after one year they are sold in the local market and replaced.
Our service policy means the use of the best internationally available spare parts, like Bridgestone tyres and a Western style service – including a complete change of filters and oil – every 1,250 km, and prior to every journey out of town. During the journeys, tyre pressures and oil are checked every day. On long cross-country journeys a mechanic is provided at no further cost to the client.
For cars within Kabul, our service policy means a service on our Corollas every 1500 km.
All our cars have working air conditioning – something that no other Kabul car supplier offers.
All cars are fitted with the latest long range communication equipment for easy communication with our Kabul office and between vehicles.
Our Drivers
Passengers’ need and concerns are our drivers’ first priority. Complaints by passengers are addressed by training, with the ultimate sanction of dismissal.
All drivers have been trained in English, though they are not interpreters, but their English is perfectly adequate for your needs in driving. For out of town cross-country trips drivers are trained in 4WD off-road driving.
